Diana Ciurea
Building unicorns at Coremaker since 2024
In my current role, I’m involved in some exciting projects that let me explore new tech and come up with creative solutions. It’s a great mix of hands-on work and experimentation that keeps things interesting and allows me to grow my skills.
Before joining Coremaker, I built a solid foundation in software development across a variety of technologies. I started out in internships and junior roles, primarily working with Java and later expanding into web development. As I gained more experience, I transitioned into full-stack development, focusing on both frontend and backend technologies based on JavaScript. On the frontend, I specialized in React JS, building responsive user interfaces and utilizing design systems like Material UI and Tailwind. I also provided mentorship and consulting on React, helping others improve their skills and tackle challenges. On the backend, I worked with Node.js, Express, and AWS Lambda, developing scalable microservices. Additionally, I worked with different SQL and NoSQL databases, which allowed me to deliver smooth, end-to-end full-stack applications.
Overall, these experiences have helped me develop my skills and work more effectively with a variety of teams.
When I’m not working, I love to get outside and go hiking and climbing. It’s great to be in nature and challenge myself a bit. I also enjoy playing video games to relax, especially when I can play with friends. On my downtime, I like to watch anime —there are so many cool stories out there! Plus, I have a bit of a hobby fixing diferent electronics. It’s satisfying to see if I can fix something that’s not working and bring it back to life.
